Q: How to install the metal ring?
A: First remove the blue and white adhesive tape above it. Then place it inside the middle of phone case (The phone case must be non-metallic and the thickness must be less than 3mm.) .
Need note that align the ring with the charger when charging to ensure that the phone is tightly held.
Q: How much of the thickness of the phone case can be used in this car charger?
A: The thickness of the phone cover doesnt exceed 3mm, if more than it, the charging will be intermittent and will not even charge.
Q: Why is charging always disconnected when driving?
A: 1. The adapter requires a 1.5A or 2A charging head.
