Directions for Use:Cleanse yourself and your space by smudging the space. Begin with lighting the palo santo and running the smoke around yourself. Palo santo is effective at clearing all the negative energy from the space. Once you are finished place the stick on the abalone shell. Next, light the sage and spread the smoke.
